Highly recommend them. I had a caliper seize on my car 40 minutes away from home and they were able to come out within 2 hours and get me back on the road so I didn’t have to get it towed to a mechanic shop. Great communication, great customer service and affordable pricing!

Top notch, very friendly, very honest. Car wouldn't start and had to jump it to get home. Called Jay to diagnose it and he checked over everything and said it was most likely battery drain due to something being plugged in drawing power while the car was off. Didn't try to upset anything or mess around. very straight forward and up front.

Highly suggest this business to anyone thats new to the area or looking for a reliable mechanic. Their response time was very quick and in the same day and they are extremely communicative which is always appreciated. Extremely reasonable pricing on parts and labor. Tae was my technician and I had an alternator issue and it was resolved within 2 hours and while that was going on he noticed another issue he pointed out to me that was a hazard and i’m grateful for that and he fixed it as well. I’m extremely happy with their services and would certainly choose them again.

When my engine light came on at 47,528 miles, I felt sick. Had the oil changed, light still on. Took it to 3 places and the repair was ranging fromm 1k to 3k. I found Jay on Google and his reviews were great. Not only did they come to the house but solved the problem and saved me money. At 78 y.o you have to have someone you can trust and Jay and family are the ones I highly recommend. I have so much respect for this business and they feel like family. Phenomenal work, fair pricing, and just a great guy to work with. He was trouble shooting my wife’s vehicle and had ordered some parts based on what I verbally explained to him. Then he found a loose ground wire that turned out to be the issue. He had the honesty to tell me and refunded me for the majority of the part and he could have early taken my money and told me the new parts fixed it and pocketed rather rear. I could not be happier to find an honest mechanic. 10/5 stars this is the company to call when you need a job done right .

Had a fuel supply issue come up on a 2018 BMW X4. I reached out to Jay’s automotive and they provided me with useful information and saved me from overspending on repairs at a BMW dealership. After speaking with Jay’s automotive, I was given some questions to ask the dealership and was advised what actions to take.
